Hey! I'm Arik.

I moved to NYC about a year and a half ago. Lived in South Carolina for 20 years before that--from Minneapolis originally.

My latest book is called "Bronx Nights." It's a rollercoaster ride "epic" of my first year in NYC, trying to find a cure for Long COVID. I also have Autism.

Before that, "Uber Nights" was my most popular. I drove rideshare in Columbia, SC, for 5 years. Once had a naked lady get in my Uber!

I ran for US Congress in 2016 against Joe "You Lie!" Wilson, the man who screamed at President Obama during the State of the Union.

I've led a storied life, including many trips to Haiti. And I actually DO have some very interesting stories from there--especially about zombies.
